The PM Battery¨ high
density rechargeable sealed lead acid batteries are the lead dioxide system.
New construction has allowed greater capacities to be
obtained without increasing physical size. The electrolyte
is suspended and immobilized. Special one way valves allow
gases to escape only on overcharge. Normal gassing and
recombination take place within the battery, making it
maintenance free and operable in any position.
